Unfortunately, many school aged kids and teenagers carry backpacks that weigh up to 25% of their body weight or more. This not only affects their overall structure and posture but can cause issues that may negatively impact their classroom and on-field performance.
Follow these simple tips to avoid potential health risks associated with heavy backpacks. Children can experience back pain, neck pain, headaches, and knee pain as a result of a heavy backpack.
