This is one of the most common questions people ask me regarding their health. Follow these 3 easy steps to start your journey to a healthier and happier you!
1. Drink more water and less soda. Actually, stop drinking soda all together. And don’t think you're making healthy choices if you’re drinking diet sodas. Studies have shown that diet sodas do more damage than good.
2. Use real butter instead of margarine. Stop buying margarine immediately and if you have any in your fridge then go home and throw it away today!!! If you don’t believe me then go YouTube how margarine is made.
3. Use coconut or extra virgin olive oil. Unfortunately, the most common oils for cooking and baking include canola, soybean, corn, sunflower, and peanut. These oils are highly processed and extremely unhealthy for you and your family.
